Introduction to Goodie Bag!

We are trying to combat restaurant food waste. How?

Currently restaurants throw away perfectly good surplus food at the end of every day. We are building a platform that allows restaurants to sell their surplus food to customers in the form of a "Goodie Bag" (a random collection of the surplus food).

Customers would pay a discounted price to "reserve" a Goodie Bag that they would pick up from the restaurant before closing hours. The specific food you get is a mystery, but you’d know you'd be getting an above average amount of food at a discounted price. For example, a Goodie Bag from a pizza shop would have a couple slices of pizza, the kind of pizza remains a mystery, but you know it will be a relatively decent amount of food at a discounted price.
